![]() No complaints with regards to the food - the calamari was delicious and my girlfriend got the bone-in ribeye and I got the prime bourbon ribeye. I don’t usually write reviews unless it’s a really pleasant or bad experience, and unfortunately this situation falls into the latter. When we finished the calamari, it was a good 20+ minutes after that before our main dishes were delivered, and the waiter walked past us many times and didn’t take any of our dirty plates until we asked him to. Also there was no salt or pepper at our table and we had to ask for that twice (all of the other tables seemed to have that from the start.) And there were 3 discarded menus just propped against the wall by my feet that I noticed when we sat down as well. When we had the complimentary bread delivered, the waiter didn’t bring us any individual plates for us to eat over. A person I believe who was the manager did come over to apologize, but that was about it (nothing else offered to us, like a free drink, appetizer, etc.) When our appetizer got delivered (calamari) I could see four full fingerprints on the entire top of the black serving dish which was very unappealing, especially since the server wouldn’t have had to touch that specific area to hold or deliver the dish. Luckily my girlfriend had quick reflexes and was able to mostly avoid the spill only a little bit got on her chair and shoes and the table. directly next to us, as he held the tray and plate against the wall. The waiter ended up pushing himself completely over our table and the entire order of shrimp spilled all over the wall, carpet, etc. No more than 10 minutes after that, another waiter was delivering an order of shrimp to another table, but as he walked past our table, he stumbled and nearly spilled the entire order over my girlfriend (he came within an inch of that happening). After being seated for about 10 mins, I noticed one waiter for another nearby table stumble and almost tip over the serving tray he was placing the food on, but caught himself before anything happened. little under 30 mins to be seated after the hostess said it would only be a few minutes wait. I had made reservations over a week ahead of time, but still had to wait a.
